25th Annual Golf Outing & Fundraiser

On August 30th Joseph Corporation hosted their 25th Annual Golf Outing & Fundraiser at Bliss Creek Golf Course with a 12 O’clock shot gun start. There were 64 golfers that participated in our event and we could not have ordered a more picture perfect day! We owe special thanks to all that participated, donated, and sponsored our outing. Our outing is not just a fundraiser but it is a way to get the word out about what we do; share our successes with our friends; but most importantly to encourage partnerships. Where would we be without collaboration and networking?

This year we shared year to date statistics at our dinner in regards to our clients. We have served over 600 clients this year through one-on-one counseling and outreaches. A total of 41 clients purchased a home; 22 homes have had safety work completed through the Safety First program which consists of new roofs, furnaces, hot water heaters, porch replacement, etc.; and 46 clients had their mortgages brought current through the Illinois Hardest Hit Program. Our successes are something to be proud of and we owe our thanks to the dedication of our staff and board members.
